Using the service

These terms apply to your use of the DooHorizon website and platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to the data and work you bring to the platform. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to reach.
• Do not disrupt the service or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Do not connect the service to systems you are not permitted to use.

Product status

Products labelled Public Beta or Preview are provided for evaluation and may change. Products labelled Coming Soon or Roadmap are described for information only; a description of a future product is not a commitment to deliver it.

Plans and fees

Prices shown on the website are starting points and subject to final launch pricing. Paid plans are governed by the order or agreement you make with us.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Outputs of analytical, machine learning and AI features support decisions; they do not replace professional judgement. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and by any agreement between us.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
