Who we are

DooHorizon operates this website and the DooHorizon platform. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@flowdoo.tools.

What we collect

• Account details: a username, an email address and a password stored as a salted hash.
• Content you bring: files you upload and the work you build. Uploaded and generated files are kept in your private workspace and deleted automatically after the retention period.
• Enquiries: what you enter in the contact and demo form — name, work email, company, role, company size, use case, products of interest and your message.
• Technical data: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not ask for demographic information we do not need.

How we use it

• To provide and secure the service.
• To answer your enquiry.
• To understand how the website is used, only if analytics is enabled and you have agreed to it.

Hosting and self-hosting

When we host the platform for you, we process the data you bring on your behalf under the Data Processing Addendum. When you run the platform on your own infrastructure, that data does not reach us.

Third parties

Any third-party service used to deliver the website or platform will be listed in the Trust Center. Optional AI features send data to a model provider only when an administrator has configured one, and say so where they are used.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Uploaded and generated files expire automatically. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Write to hello@flowdoo.tools and we will respond.
