VizzDoo · Analyze & Visualize

Status: Public Beta

Turn data into decisions.

Build beautiful, interactive analytics and executive dashboards on top of connected, governed data.

What it is
VizzDoo is an analytics workspace. Connect a data source, prepare it, explore it by dragging fields onto a canvas, and publish dashboards people can filter, share and export.
Who it is for
Analysts, finance and operations teams, and the executives who read what they produce.
Status
Public Beta. Open to everyone while it is being finished; details may change.

The problem

A dashboard is only as trustworthy as the pipeline nobody can see behind it.

  • Analytics tools sit downstream of preparation work done somewhere else, so numbers disagree and nobody can say why.

  • Insight stops at the chart: acting on it means exporting data into yet another tool.

  • Moving to a new BI tool usually means rebuilding every workbook from scratch.

Core capabilities

What VizzDoo does.

Capabilities marked Planned are on the way and not yet in the product.

  • Drag-and-drop analytics

Explore data by placing fields on rows, columns, colour and size — no query language required.

  • Dashboards

Arrange worksheets, filters and text into dashboards that work on a wall screen and a laptop.

  • Interactive charts

Bars, lines, areas, maps and more, rendered by the engine that suits each chart.

  • Filters

Filter a worksheet or a whole dashboard, with parameters readers can change.

  • Calculated metrics

Define measures and calculated fields once in a semantic layer and reuse them everywhere.

  • Drill-down

Move from a summary to the rows behind it without leaving the dashboard.

  • Cross-filtering

Select a mark in one chart to filter the others.

  • Scheduled refresh

Keep a dashboard current by scheduling the FlowDoo pipeline that writes its dataset.

  • Sharing

Share with project members by role, or with a link whose access you control and can revoke.

  • Export

Export to PDF, PNG, SVG and HTML, or take the data out as Excel, CSV and Parquet.

  • Embedding

Embed a shared dashboard in the sites an administrator has allowed — and nowhere else.

  • Storytelling

Combine charts, commentary and filters so a dashboard reads as an argument, not a wall of tiles.

How it works

From first connection to a running result.

  1. Step 1: Connect data

Upload a file, connect a database, or receive a dataset written by a FlowDoo pipeline.

  2. Step 2: Prepare and model it

Profile the data, join and reshape it, and define the measures your organization agrees on.

  3. Step 3: Explore visually

Drag fields onto a worksheet and let the chart follow the question you are asking.

  4. Step 4: Publish and share

Assemble dashboards, publish them, and share by role, link, export or embed.

Example workflow

    About GovernanceDoo

Security and governance

Built to be trusted with real data.

Designed with enterprise security and governance requirements in mind. No certification is claimed that has not been obtained.

How DooHorizon approaches security
  • Projects have members and roles; a dashboard is visible only to the people its project allows.
  • Share links are secrets: never sent on as referrers, never indexed, and revocable at any time.
  • Embedding is limited to origins an administrator lists; everything else is refused by the browser.
  • Server-side chart code runs in a sandbox with time and memory limits.

Use cases

What you can build with VizzDoo.

  • Executive reporting

One dashboard the leadership team opens, fed by a pipeline that runs before they do.

  • Self-service analysis

Let analysts answer the next question themselves, on definitions everyone shares.

  • Bring existing workbooks along

Import Tableau workbooks and see what carries over before you commit to moving.

  • Analytics inside your own site

Embed a shared dashboard in an intranet or portal you control.

FAQ

VizzDoo: common questions.

Is VizzDoo ready to use today?

VizzDoo is in public beta. You can build, publish and share dashboards now; details may still change before general availability.

Can I import dashboards from another BI tool?

VizzDoo can analyse and import Tableau workbooks and reports what it could and could not carry over.

How does VizzDoo get its data?

From files and databases you connect, or from a FlowDoo pipeline that writes straight into a VizzDoo dataset.

Can people outside my team see a dashboard?

Only if you share it. Public links are off unless an administrator turns them on, and every link can be revoked.
