ServiceNow Input

When to use it
Use it for service-desk reporting, SLA analysis, or to reconcile the CMDB with another inventory.

Worth knowing
- The connection is the instance (acme.service-now.com) and an integration user; its roles and ACLs decide which tables and records it can see.
- Copy the encoded query from a list view (right-click the filter breadcrumb › Copy query).
- Reference fields arrive as the referenced record's sys_id; values are ServiceNow's stored values, as text.
