Connectors
Google Drive
Reads the files in a Google Drive folder, either as rows or as a list of files for another node to open.
When to use it
Use it when the files you process arrive in a shared Drive folder — a monthly drop of CSVs, a batch of PDFs to convert — and you want the pipeline to pick them up without downloading anything by hand.

- Drive Folder or File=Finance / Imports
- Bring In=File list (one row per file)
- File Extension=CSV (.csv)
| File | Type |
|---|---|
| orders-jan.csv | CSV |
| orders-feb.csv | CSV |
| notes.gdoc | Google Doc |
| File Name | File Size | Full Path |
|---|---|---|
| orders-jan.csv | 18.40 KB | drive://…/1AbCdefGHIjk |
| orders-feb.csv | 17.02 KB | drive://…/1LmNopQRStuv |
Switch Bring In to "File contents" and the node downloads those files and returns their rows instead, merging the columns across files.
Worth knowing
- Share the folder with the connection's service account address; the connection is the same one the Google Sheets node uses.
- File contents reads every matching file and merges the columns, so a folder of same-shaped CSVs arrives as one table.
- File list is the mode to use before a Loop, a PDF branch, or anything that works on one file at a time.
- A Google Doc or Sheet in the folder is converted on the way out (Sheet to .xlsx, Doc to .docx), and downloads stream to disk rather than into memory.
