PDF Form Fill

When to use it
Use it for official forms and contracts that come as fillable PDFs rather than Word templates.

- Field map (JSON)={"Customer": "{Name}", "Total": "{Amount}"}
- File name={Name}_contract
| Name | Amount |
|---|---|
| Harbour Foods | 860 |
| Cole & Sons | 312.5 |
| Name | Amount | Fields Filled | PDF Output Path |
|---|---|---|---|
| Harbour Foods | 860 | 2 | …/Harbour Foods_contract.pdf |

Worth knowing
- Field names are case-sensitive; a name the form lacks is skipped and listed in the node's note.
- Tick boxes are ticked by yes, true, 1 or x; drop-downs and radio buttons take the option's exact text.
- Flatten turns the fields into plain page content, so the result can no longer be edited.
- Use PDF Generator for Word templates; this node is for fillable PDF forms.
