Output
Export PDF
Saves the PDFs produced upstream into a folder you choose, or renders the incoming rows as a PDF table when there are no PDFs.
When to use it
Use it at the end of a PDF pipeline to collect the converted or merged files in one folder, or to turn a small result table into a printable page.

Settings
| Setting | Type | Required | Default or hint |
|---|---|---|---|
| File Name (without extension) | text | — | Leave empty to use source filename |
| Output Directory | text | Yes | Server folder, e.g. exports (inside your workspace or an allowed folder) |
Example
Collect converted invoices
- Output Directory=exports/invoices
| PDF File Name | PDF Status | PDF Pages |
|---|---|---|
| invoice_101.pdf | Converted | 2 |
| invoice_102.pdf | Converted | 1 |
| File | Folder |
|---|---|
| invoice_101.pdf | exports/invoices |
| invoice_102.pdf | exports/invoices |
With more than one PDF the source file names are kept, so a fixed name cannot overwrite the files one after another.
Worth knowing
- File Name is optional and only takes effect when a single PDF arrives; leave it empty to keep source names.
- When no row carries a PDF path, the node lays the rows out as a table and writes one PDF instead.
- Each source file is handled once, even when several rows point at the same PDF.
- A preview reports what would be saved without writing anything.
