Email Send
Sends an email from your own email account — HTML or plain text, with attachments and your signature — as the last step of a flow.
When to use it
Use it to deliver a daily report or file to people. For an alert when something goes wrong, Notify is simpler.

Worth knowing
- Set up your account once in Account ▸ Email: your name and address, the mail server, and a signature. Each person's flows send from their own account.
- Nothing is sent until you tick “Yes, really send the email”; Preview never sends and shows the message instead.
- {Column} fills from the first row; {Report Table} and the other report sections drop in as HTML. {date} and {count} work too.
- Your signature ({name}, {email}, {username}, {userId}, {date}) is added unless you untick Add my signature.
- Every distinct path in the attachment column is attached — up to 20 files and 25 MB; zip larger sets first.
