Delimiter Encode / Decode
CSV-quotes, URL-encodes or HTML-escapes a column — or undoes it — so values survive the trip into a feed, a link or a web page.
When to use it
Use it before writing a hand-built feed or URL, or to read values that arrived encoded (%20, &, "quoted, fields").

Worth knowing
- CSV quoting is the exact rule Export CSV uses: quotes only when a comma, quote or line break needs them, with inner quotes doubled.
- URL decoding also reads + as a space; values that are not valid encoding are left as they were and counted.
- HTML decoding understands named (&) and numbered (') entities.
