Input
PostgreSQL Input
Reads a whole table or view from a PostgreSQL database — on your network or hosted (RDS, Azure, Supabase, Neon…) — and turns it into rows.
When to use it
Use it when the data you need lives in PostgreSQL: a nightly extract of orders, a reference table to join against, or a view your DBA prepared.

Worth knowing
- Connections are shared with the other Database nodes: add one with + New Connection (host, port 5432, user, password, database). The password is kept with the connection, never in the node's settings.
- Tables and views are listed as schema.name; click Refresh after picking the connection.
- TLS is used whenever the server offers it (hosted PostgreSQL requires it); a local server without TLS is reached in plain text.
- Want only some rows or columns? Follow it with Filter Rows and Select Columns, or use SQL Query on the result.
