Files & Folders
File Merge
Reads every file in a folder whose name matches a pattern — part-*.csv, *.xlsx — and stacks them into one table, with each row's source file in __source_file.
When to use it
Use it when an export arrives split into parts, or when a folder collects one file a day and you want them all at once.

Worth knowing
- Files are read in name order. Match columns by name (the default) when files may have their columns in a different order; a column one file lacks is blank for its rows.
- “Use the first file's header” is for parts where only the first carries the header line — or where later headers may be misspelt.
- Reading changes nothing, so previews are safe. The server's row limit applies to the merged table.
