Text File to Rows
Reads a text file as one row per line — or, given a delimiter, splits each line into columns.
When to use it
Use it for files that are not tables: notes, lists of IDs, simple logs, or fixed text you want to filter line by line.

- The encoding is detected (a byte-order mark, valid UTF-8, else Windows-1252); pick one if the letters look wrong.
- Use $Variables or * in the path, as with File Input, to pick up the newest matching file.
