Audio Analysis
Audio File Input
Reads audio files — .wav, .mp3, .flac, .ogg, .m4a and more — one row per file, with each file's format, sample rate, channels, bit depth, duration and size.
When to use it
Start any audio flow with it: a single recording, a folder of calls, or the files an Input Folder, a Loop or an S3 Input hands over.

Settings
| Setting | Type | Required | Default or hint |
|---|---|---|---|
| File or folder | text | — | files/calls/*.wav |
Example
A folder of call recordings
- File or folder=files/calls
| File Name | Sample Rate | Channels | Duration (s) | Bit Depth |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| call-0142.mp3 | 44100 | 2 | 63.2 | — |
| call-0143.wav | 16000 | 1 | 41.8 | 16 |
Worth knowing
- WAV is read directly; every other format needs ffmpeg on the server (it is in FlowDoo's Docker image).
- The audio itself stays in its file: each row names it in Audio Path, and every audio node after this one reads it from there.
- Bit Depth is empty for lossy formats such as MP3, which do not have one.
