Sticky Note
Places a resizable, coloured note on the canvas to explain part of a pipeline.
When to use it
Use it to record why a step exists, what a source file looks like, or what still needs doing, so the canvas stays understandable to whoever opens it next.

| Setting | Type | Required | Default or hint |
|---|---|---|---|
| Header | text | — | Note title |

Example
Document a fragile source file
- Header=Source file
- Content=Vendor sends this weekly with the header on row 3.
- Background Color=Yellow
Drop the note beside the nodes it describes and stretch it to cover the group; it has no pins and takes part in no connection.
Worth knowing
- The note is skipped when the pipeline runs, so it can never affect results or cause an error.
- Click the header or the body on the canvas to edit the text in place, and drag the corner to resize.
- Notes sit behind the nodes, so a large one works as a labelled background for a section.
- Use the colours consistently, for example yellow for explanations and pink for open questions.
